# Troubleshooting

## The camera does not show

Check the browser's permission for the site and that no other app is using the camera. Reload the studio.

## The pop-out button is missing

Document Picture-in-Picture needs Chrome or Edge.

## A website on stage is blank

Some sites refuse to be framed. Open it in a tab and share the tab instead.

## The background is slow or ragged

Try another engine, raise stability. The first use of an engine downloads its model, so the first try is slower.

## My file is WebM

Your browser cannot record MP4. Chrome and Safari versions differ, and the studio tells you which format it makes.

## A take came back after a crash

Facecast saved it to your browser's private storage as you recorded, and offers it on your next visit. Keep it or discard it.

## I cannot share my screen on my phone

Phone browsers do not offer it.

## My AI cannot record

That is by design. It writes the script and hands you a link.
